Cleaning, Fluxing and General Maintenance AND the Comprehensive Electrical
and Combustion Troubleshooting Techniques.
Who Should Attend
These Schaefer Group seminars are designed to
meet the needs of supervisors, production managers, maintenance managers and
furnace tenders/cleaners. The SGI seminars are also valuable to general
maintenance and quality control personnel.
Duration of the Seminar
Each seminar lasts approximately 3 hours
(class size is not limited). For your convenience we will train twice in one
day. Through our extensive experience we have discovered that it is more cost
effective to bring one shift in early or have one stay later to receive the
training. A typical day allows us to conduct one seminar in the morning and one
seminar in the evening.
Don’t have a Schaefer
Furnace?
If you do not presently own a Schaefer
Furnace, SGI trainers will still be glad to help you with training. Option 1
– Cleaning, Fluxing and General Maintenance can be a real value to you in
maintaining your furnace. If you are able to provide drawings of your furnace
you will be eligible for Option 2 training. Just send the drawings in
advance so that our technical engineer may review them in preparation for your
training for Electrical and Combustion Troubleshooting Techniques. There is no
additional charge if you do not own a Schaefer Furnace.
Value Added Information
The Schaefer Group provides each trainee with
an information-packed manual. This document is theirs to keep. Each trainee will
also receive a Certificate of Completion (suitable for framing).
Within two weeks of your training, the SGI
trainer will prepare a report providing his/her observations of existing furnace
maintenance, and recommendations for enhanced furnace maintenance (if needed).
This report will also include a summary of information provided to the trainer
by staff or through observations, which may be useful in the care and
utilization of the furnace. The Training Manual and Summary Report will be
