for GMPT lost foam foundry continuous production: consisting of
ten (10) 80,000# central furnaces, over 807 lineal feet of
heated launders, degassing/filtration systems on each line, and
twenty-one (21) 22,000#, 250 KW, special high temperature
aluminum holding/ladling furnaces.
- Six (6) complete precision sand casting
systems
for NEMAK; consisting of

continuous degassing furnace, and three (3) large electric metal
cleaning (molten metal filtration, continuous
degassing)/holding/casting furnaces. This system is designed for
casting aluminum engine blocks and has a capacity of 52,000#/hr.
